Via Del Melarancio Tre
Today is the day before classes start and I wanted to be well rested for them, so I didn't do much. I went to the Conad right next door to get fresh pesto, salami, and a warm baguette since the Mercato Centrale is not open on Sundays (unfortunately-- I NEED MORE CHEESE!). So since I didn't really go out, there's no pictures. So I decided to get creative... You are about to get a tour of my apartment.

When you go into the tall wooden door, this is what you see. A beautiful entry way, with lots and lots of stairs (that we unfortunately have to go up and down every day).

After you get up the stairs to the second floor (really the third floor... the ground level floor is counted as floor zero) you go into a small common room and then get to my door. When you open up my door, you see our dining area, the kitchen, and a few hallways.
Here's a better shot of our kitchen. We do have a fridge and freezer, but it wouldn't fit into the picture!
Immediately to the right, we have a family room equipped with a small TV, couches, and a small table. We mainly use this room as a nap area and it is also where me and my roommates watch movies.
To the left of the lounge area, is my room! (Sorry for the mess... Lazy day!) I have a dresser with drawers, a nightstand, a desk and shelving units.
When you turn to the right after exiting my room, you see a hallway going to the other rooms and bathrooms.
This is another single, which is much smaller than mine.
At the end of the hallway, we have a bathroom with medicine cabinets and a very nice, strong pressured shower.
To the left, there's another small hallway leading to the last bedroom and another bathroom.
This bathroom is even nicer, because it has a bathtub too!
Finally, we have the last bedroom which is a double. It's the biggest room, but that's because two people are sharing it.
Well, that's where I'll be living for the next four months... welcome to Via Del Melarancio 3! I'm very excited for the first day of classes tomorrow as I have my sculpture class, which I just switched into yesterday. I also have to meet with the Italian teacher to figure out when my class meets, as it is scheduled to everyone's class schedule. Hopefully it's not too early or too late!
Ciao for now!
