Hexagonal Continent Box... Check!

Today was another great art day. Why? Because five weeks into the semester, I am finally all caught up with the ceramics work I missed. So what does that mean work-wise? It means I finished my hexagonal box!! To refresh: my hexagonal box represents all the 7 continents I have been to (there is an animal on each side, representing a memory I have from that continent). The lid represents North America and since I'm from California, I decided to do a geometric sun and water. Below is the end result.

Here's a quick look of my lid on my box.

After Italian Cinema (where we watched Cinema Paradiso-- one of my favorites!) and Ceramics, I was tired and hungry so I ran to Conad quickly to get ingredients for dinner. I am completely OD-ing on Italian food, so I decided to make another fajita type thing. This time, I added even more veggies so my fajita had grilled chicken, egg, spinach, carrots, sautéed onions, broccoli, red yellow and orange peppers, arugula and yogurt dressing. I am still so full from it, but just thinking about it makes me want more (luckily I have leftovers!)

Tomorrow is an easy day but I've had a long day of classes so...

Ciao for now!
